CNC Milling and Turning
Retallack Technologies specializes in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and is the industry leader in manufacturing high quality precision parts, supporting a variety of industries. We have both vertical and horizontal milling with precision tolerances up to .0002” and turning capabilities from .060” to 12.” We accept electronic files in all formats to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prototyping Through Production
Retallack can supply you with machined parts from single prototypes to medium volume production using materials ranging from aluminum and plastics to stainless steel and titanium. Using the latest technology, we can produce components machined from solid models finished with cosmetic or protective coatings.
Our priority is meeting the customer needs and we are able to produce a high-end product at the lowest cost possible that consistently meets the standard of quality that is expected.
3 Dimensional Printing (FDM - Fused Deposition Modeling)
Retallack Technologies recently obtained a 3D printer that has enabled us to generate proof of concept, product mockups and working models quickly and efficiently.
Better than appearance (SLA) prototypes, our printer generates working models in ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic which can withstand rigorous functional testing. In addition, you can generate great looking functional models for hands-on use in marketing efforts.
Benefits of using a 3-D printer include:
-
Dimension materials are available in a variety of colors
-
Enables companies to test form, fit and function as many design iterations as your project requires
-
Prototypes can be quickly and inexpensively manufactured using ABS models to enable design team review to review options using physical models
-
Reduces the cost of prototype models from thousands to hundreds of dollars
All of these benefits make this an excellent option for to minimumize your cost and time to market.
